It's usually a good idea to understand the issues before jumping to conclusions... I will always listen, research and process data before starting to assume what it is you would like to happen.
Simply as a matter of professional compliance, unless there are extremely compelling reasons that speak against this way of working, we will agree a mutually compatible NDA, GDPR compliance requirements and a general project scope.
This is a living file which states key goal, scope, what is, and also is not to be done, and which milestones are to be achieved. This is updated regularly to ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
I am extremely flexible on how projects are calculated. Obviously there is a charge, but this can be pro rata or package-based, with many other options open for discussion.
I would never "walk away" from a project until it is complete, working and my clients are satisfied. My testimonials on LinkedIn serve as a proof of this claim. If allowed by your organisation, I try to test the satisfaction with short, uncomplicated questionnaires and interviews of key parties involved.
I keep in touch, and would like you to do so as well - many of my projects are from returning customers, which would appear to suggest they were happy with the progress to date. Thank you to them - you know who you are!
